These works explore feelings associated with the gridlock, type-casting and the ability to break away from daily constraints.

These mixed media works explore how memories and emotions are transformed over time. Each layer of these paintings captures the a moment in time and connects with a breathing practice that creates space for mediation and flow.

This series started at the begining of Covid in 2020. These images are in reaction to the loss of control that came from the pandemic coupled with the continual assault on reproductive freedom and choice. We are bound. We are not free. We are in limbo waiting for justice or for the binds to get tighter.

This series was inspired by a beautifully bound, Lamali sketchbook made of the most exquisit handmade paper. This work acts as a space to iterate on concepts that merge collage, ink and assembage of found objects.
